The prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said “your lord has in the days of our lives winds of beneficence. So benefit from them.”

During this month, the prophet peace be upon him was asked why he used to fast most of his days. He replied, that during this month, people’s actions are presented to Allah. So he likes that his deeds be presented to our creator while he is fasting.
