What to Expect

  • Only proceed if the above form deemed you eligible for support

  • Services are available only to individuals and families located in Northern Virginia

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee assistance

  • All support is based on eligibility, available funding, and program capacity

  • If your application is approved, you will be required to attend an in-person meeting with a caseworker

  • FAITH provides payments directly to landlords, utility companies, and service providers (not directly to individuals, except for limited food support)
